Nick Grosz — Chief of inspections/Operations
Nick is a highly experienced professional with over 17 years in the construction industry, including 13 years in the electrical field. His hands-on work and supervision experience span commercial and industrial sectors, with a focus on hospitals, public schools, colleges, and tank farms in Florida. Nick has also contributed as a quality control inspector at Microsoft data centers in Des Moines, Iowa.Nick’s education includes completing a 4-year electrical apprenticeship program through IEC in Florida, after which he taught electrical code and theory at IEC for three years. With a passion for education and innovation in the electrical trade, he holds a Journeyman’s license in Hillsborough County, Florida, and both Class A Journeyman’s and Class A Master’s licenses in Iowa. Additionally, Nick is certified with OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications, underscoring his commitment to safety and continued professional development.
Kilvio Mayi — Engineer
